Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ViaCatalyst BYOD platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use BYOD for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. A signed enterprise order form or agreement controls if it conflicts with these online terms.
The service
BYOD provides tools for ingesting, mapping, converting, validating, and exporting robotics data. Features, supported formats, limits, and availability may change as the product develops. Free accounts are subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Enterprise capacity, deployment, support, and usage charges are defined in the applicable order form.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep access secure, and promptly tell us about suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that authorized users comply with these terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of data and other content you submit. You grant ViaCatalyst a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and create technical derivatives of that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and instruct us to process it.
Acceptable use
You must not use BYOD to break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass limits or security controls, disrupt the service, probe another customer's environment, or process content you are not authorized to use.
Fees and taxes
Paid usage is billed under the applicable order form or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and are non-refundable except where law requires. Overdue amounts may result in suspension after reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
We work to operate BYOD reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Preview or free features may be changed or discontinued. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Generated datasets and validation results should be reviewed before use in safety-critical or production systems. Liability limits, warranties, governing law, and dispute terms for enterprise customers are set out in their agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
